Bad Customer Service Review

I just sent a email to the president of your company & everyone that is affiliated with this company explaining my complaint! Let me just say this never flown on your airline but my husband and I were booked and charged for this flight ! Plus your costumer service is the WORST EVERY. I will be blasting my complaint all over the web till I get my money back !!!!
