Bad Customer Service Review

I just sent a email to the president of your company & everyone that is affiliated with this company explaining my complaint! Let me just say this never flown on your airline but my husband and I were booked and charged for this flight ! Plus your costumer service is the WORST EVERY. Air Traffic Control Review

Wtf is the problem with United express always having mechanical or "air traffic control" problems since January 2014? Five times MSP to PHL connections via ORD or IAD have been cancelled. Never had this problem before.

United Express - Review about Flight Delay from Newark, New Jersey

flights between ewr and cvg are always delayed. poor customer service at both locations. it's obvious united has not staffed properly. many flights are delayed because crew is not available or on time. incoming flights are delayed and there is a chain reaction. i try to avoid flying with united unless there is no other option. excessively unhappy with united.
